Shipping & Production Times

Each piece of Olive & Sand jewelry is handcrafted to order, so please allow approximately 6 weeks for production, plus shipping time.

Apparel and merchandise are typically shipped within 1 week of ordering.

We ship all orders securely via DHL to ensure they arrive promptly and safely. Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will send you tracking details by email and text.

Estimated Shipping Times (Once Your Order Has Been Completed)

• U.S. Domestic: 1–3 business days via DHL.

• Canada & Mexico: 2–5 business days via DHL.

• International: 3–7 business days via DHL.

Additional Shipping Details

• Optional shipping insurance is available starting at $5.

• We currently cannot ship to Russia.

• Some regions (including parts of South America) may experience extended delivery times due to local customs processing.
